This is a voluntary listing of permanent cosmetic (permanent
makeup, micropigmentation, or cosmetic tattooing) professionals who belong
to the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and agree to the required
guidelines for the permanent cosmetic industry as set forth by the SPCP.
Not all SPCP members participate in the technician referral
