The SPCP is pleased to hold this year’s Fall Conference in fun and exciting Memphis, Tennessee. Even before this program went to press, we’ve had registration requests and the hotel has already started booking rooms. We have an impressive and beneficial selection of topics with first-class speakers for our members who recognize the need for continuing education in this industry, PLUS don’t forget the great networking opportunities!

Conference Highlights:

Hear why Jill Hoyer loves doing hairline stroke eyebrows.

Board Member Dawn Marrero helps us stay grounded with a conservative approach.

Eminent dermatologist and professor, Purvisha Patel, MD, will help demystify the Fitzpatrick scale and how skin tones, sun tans, and sunscreens affect our work.

Learn from Board Member Yolanda Moore how different artists perfected their lip techniques using their favorite machines, needles and colors.

Cheryl Briggs will help us with our client management issues – always a hot topic!

A Bloodborne Pathogens Standard class and exam given by David Vidra of Health Educators, Inc. is included at no extra cost – certificate will be provided.

Learn how extremely important the posture and body mechanics presentation will be by Sommer Smith, director of physical therapy at Gardendale Physician Associates.

The Permanent Cosmetic Color Wheel is not the same as what we traditionally might have studied – Elizabeth Finch Howell explains why.

A panel of leading experts with over 60 years experience combined will conclude the days sessions.

Don’t miss the great networking opportunities with fellow technicians and industry leaders!

Never before have our members felt so strongly about continuing education – Fall Conference has historically been very well-attended regardless of the economy, and we expect record turn out for this year’s great venue! Past attendees also understand the benefits of networking with fellow colleagues while attending informative presentations and discussions, especially in a smaller class setting. Come be a part of this exceptional opportunity to stay on top of this rapidly growing industry.
